RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS POLICIES:

Cancellation before dispatch:

In an event, you want to cancel an order after placing and paying for it, the order can be cancelled till the goods purchased has not been dispatched to the aforementioned address. Once, you cancelled the order as per the above-mentioned rule, the refund process will be initiated and is expected to be credited back in one week. However, the stipulated timeframe for the same may vary depending the various unforeseen factors.

Returns- Repair or Replacement:

In the event that you wish to return or exchange a product, the following guidelines will apply:
If you notice manufacturing/ workmanship errors* on your newly purchased product, we will undertake to repair it for you. If repairs are not possible, a replacement will be provided. You can request for repairs/ replacement of your product within 30 days of receiving it.

List of manufacturing/ workmanship errors

  • Problems with hardware on the bag
  • Problems with zippers
  • Loose or broken stitches

What cannot be construed as a manufacturing and workmanship error?

Leather is a natural material and has natural characteristics including wrinkles or marks, making each piece unique. Natural grain and colour variations in leathers cannot be considered manufacturing and workmanship errors; in fact these prove that the leather is genuine.

Please note that:

  • For both returns due manufacturing/ workmanship errors*, customers are responsible for the return and have to bear the shipping charges to our warehouse. Hide Haute Enterprises will only bear the following expenses of the transaction:
    • Indian Customers: Return couriers charges after the repair of the merchandise
    • International Customers: Import duty into India and return courier charges after the
      repair of the merchandise
  • Hide Haute Enterprises cannot guarantee or replace products damaged by neglect or mishandling, including exposure to moisture, severe tears in leather or lining, and ink marks and stains.
  • Loose or broken stitches
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the swing tags and dust bags, and it must be the same product that you purchased from our website.
  • Customised orders or products purchased at special prices (on offer or discount) or at exhibitions and discount sales cannot be returned once purchased.
  • Products can be returned only if purchased from our online store hidehaute.com and copy of original invoice will be required.

Exchanges:

At Hide Haute Enterprises, we offer a 10 day free exchange policy.

  • If you are unhappy or have had a change of mind regarding your recently purchased product, please return the product with all packaging intact, unused, within 10 days of purchase/receipt and you could exchange it for a product of equivalent price or gift vouchers of the equivalent amount.
  • Each item purchased can be only exchanged once. Multiple exchanges for the same item are not permitted.
  • The new product will be shipped only after receiving the initial product that is being exchanged at our warehouse.
  • You will be responsible for the costs of shipping while returning your item, whether domestic or international. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne y you in case of exchange.
  • Customised orders or products purchased at special prices (on offer or discount) or at exhibitions and discount sales cannot be exchanged once purchased.
  • Products can be exchanged only if purchased from our online store hidehaute.com. If you have purchased the product from another online or physical retail store, the exchange policy for those purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the store from which the product was purchased.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Free shipping is available to most cities in India and orders are delivered within 7-10 working days. Order processing begins on receipt of payment by Hide Haute Enterprises.
  • For International customers there will be an additional shipping charge based on the location. Kindly refer the table below to understand the shipping charge you may have to bear. Based on the product you buy the shipping rate will defer based on the pack size and will be displayed at the time of the checkout. We have three pack sizes small, medium and large. Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order
  • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • Our courier partner may need to get customs clearance for international deliveries; any additional taxes, import duties, customs charges levied by the country of import will have to be borne by the customer.

Please note that:

  • Hide Haute Enterprises shall not be liable for any delay/ non-delivery of purchased goods for reasons related to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Hide Haute Enterprises
  • Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, government instability, strikes etc.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the products howsoever caused.
  • Shipping of orders is specific to the address provided, and not to the name of the customer.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to view the progress of your order on the carrier’s tracking page. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours before you can track your shipment.

USER INFORMATION:

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Hide Haute Enterprises reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Hide Haute Enterprises has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

DAMAGE OF PACKAGES

  • All our products are quality checked and come in secure packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you feel that the package has been tampered with or damaged. In such an event, we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged part and email them to contact@hidehaute.com. Do not sign for or accept the damaged package from the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in good condition
  • If you have accepted the damaged package, the return courier costs will be borne by you. Hide Haute Enterprises will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
  • All products are insured by Hide Haute Enterprises against loss or theft while in transit at no additional cost to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Cancellation of order will be entertained till dispatch of the orders.
